This Purchase Order (“PO”) and the purchase and sale of the products listed herein is governed by the terms and conditions of the Master Supply Agreement located at: https://www.essentialoceanfoods.net/terms-and-agreement (the “Terms”).  By accepting this PO, receiving any payment, or shipping all or any portion of the products listed in this PO, Supplier expressly agrees to be bound by all of the terms and conditions of the Terms.
